    Job Description:

    • Performs a variety of support tasks in Accounts Receivable
    • Highly developed support individual contributor.
    • Works autonomously.
    • May act as a mentor to lower level peers and provide guidance on tasks.
    • Makes recommendations for solutions.
    • Works on assignments requiring analysis, judgment and initiative.
    • Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
    • Makes recommendations for solutions.
    • Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
    • Work is of larger scope, typically on less structured task-related activities requiring judgement.

    Required skills:

    • Understanding cash applications
    • Banking technology of balancing accounts online
    • Basic Excel skills that utilizes vLookups and pivot tables (must be able to understand that filtered lines cannot be deleted and must understand how to sort without skewing data) check and verify records prepare cash applications against billing invoices posts ledger and general journal entries and/or balances accounts receivable records
    • Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
    • Requires 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience or BA/BS with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
